Have trouble sleeping at night? What better way to get restful sleep than with the body's own sleep hormone, Melatonin. Our levels of Melatonin go up at night to help us sleep and diminish by morning. In a case of hormonal imbalance, or age our levels diminish and sleep disorders can occur.
Take 1 tablet ½ hour prior to bedtime. May repeat once. Melatonin is also very helpful for travel, particularly when traveling over time zones. Simply take 2 tablets (6mg) ½ hour prior to new bedtime for 3 days. The melatonin reestablishes your internal time clock. It can then be used in the same manner on your return home.
